Al Shank Sez……It’s never individual

I was recently named “2022 Agent of the Year” by the Kansas Association of Insurance Agents. It is the largest independent agent’s organization in Kansas with about 350 member agencies in the state. It recognizes an agent’s contributions to the Association, his industry, and community.  Here is what I know……these awards are never individual. In my case, I had the support of great clients, great insurance companies, great agent friends and my great staff. Rhonda, Denise, Elsa, Myriam, and Fred are the backbone of Al Shank Insurance. They are just as important as anyone named Al Shank. I’m grateful for all the employees that have played a part in our history. Every one of them has played a part in making the agency what it is today. Finally, I’m thankful for Al and Maxine Shank, founders 80 years ago of Al Shank Insurance.
