Al Shank Sez….Liberal Memorial Library

As Al Shank Insurance enters 80 years we celebrate client innovation. I remember those days when as a kid you were proud to have a library card and you used it. It was something that allowed you to access a new world outside your own. Then with  the digital age and more recent pandemic no one has had to be more creative on how they get their product out than libraries. Think about it, libraries use to measure success in number of books/volumes they had. The Watson Library had KU had 1,000,000 volumes back even in the 1970’s. Then came the computer and everyone, even households could have access to unlimited information.

Liberal Memorial Library will use their new Book Van to get books to readers whether they are across town or in a town nearby. ASI is glad to be a part of the project. Library Director Royce Kitts and his crew have done a great job. Coming to a location near you…..old, new again books!
