Elsa was born in California and grew up in Liberal, KS. She graduated from Liberal High School in 2000 and attended Liberal Area Vocational School for office occupations her senior year. Elsa has been in the insurance industry since 2007. She is licensed in Kansas and Oklahoma and has worked with personal autos and homes before coming to the agency. She has been at Al Shank Insurance since 2012, working as a Business Insurance Agent.
She and her husband, Sergio have 4 children, Andy, Natalie, Aliyah, Hazel. She also has one grandson, Izrael. Elsa is a busy mom and loves spending time with her family and traveling to new places. She is also one of Al Shank Insurance’s bilingual agents.
